MDF Magic have been the most professional and fast service business I've dealt with in a long time. An email at 10.30pm on a Sunday night was responded with immediately. My order processed straight away and despatched so I received on the Tuesday. Then I needed more and even though their site was closed for maintenance, they contacted me and we came to an arrangement that worked for both of us. Ordered Friday morning, received Monday morning as planned. Brilliant! I've attached a photo of what the kids made on the school holiday program I was running. Cheers, Debi.

I would like to sincerely thank Nat and Dwane from MDF magic. I too have had the best customer service and have been extremly happy with products. Not only did Dwane create a product for me that was similar to one I was using but he refined it to provide a higher standard than its competitor. I will continue using MDF Magic for all my products and if I require anything they dont stock, I will always ask them first. Well Done Guys and keep up the great service.

Title: Great product and excellent service

I recently recieved my first order from MDF Magic and have had a wonderful experience dealing with them. The replies to all my enquiries were very prompt and it was great to recieve follow up emails to let me know when my order was being shipped. I was warned there might be a delay in recieving my order due to high demand but I recieved my order in less then a week and that to me is great service. My finsished project looks great in my daughters room and I was pleased that I could create a unique one of a kind nursery for her. Title: Excellent service

There was a high level of commitment to meet my needs as a customer from the beginning. Dwane consistently responded to my queries with amazing detail and quickly - even at odd hours on the weekends which was totally unexpected. All the products were delivered with great care (wrapped beautifully) and we were very happy with the quality of the items. The products were decorated by kids for a school holiday program and they just loved the variety of shapes offered.
