Delivery Terms and Post & Handling (P&H) charges
Upon receipt of the order and verification of payment, goods will be dispatched by Australia Post (within Australia) within three working days. Delivery and P&H charges for all purchases are as follows:
Orders within Australia
- Postage is charged according to the weight of the items purchased. Each product has an individual postage charge, but this is combined when multiple items are purchased, providing significant savings. Postage will be automatically calculated for you at checkout.
Minimum order amount
There is no minimum order amount.
Payment options

- Paypal
- Credit card (Via Paypal).
- Direct deposit.
Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase or all orders will be cancelled and goods will be returned to stock. Please contact us if circumstances arise which may prevent you from paying within this time frame so that we can discuss options.
Safe delivery of goods
MDF Magic will ensure all orders are securely packaged at time of sending and any damage in transit will be at the purchaser's risk. MDF Magic can arrange insurance should you wish to cover your risk. We strongly recommend taking Registered Post if you wish your parcel to be fully covered. At any time, we are happy to assist with enquiries to Australia Post in the case of a missing or damaged parcel, and we keep copies of all mailing receipts to assist with claims.
Refund policy
The staff of MDF Magic will take every possible care to make certain that the supplied goods are true to your order, are in perfect condition when dispatched and are securely packaged. However, errors do happen occasionally and manufacturing defects can go unnoticed. If the supplied goods do not meet your expectations, are different to those ordered, or you are not completely satisfied with some or all of the supplied goods, please notify us by email within three days of receiving them to organise a refund, credit or exchange.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging and only after authorisation by MDF Magic. Any damage incurred during delivery is at the purchaser’s own risk or arranged insurance (see above policy). You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods (other than where a manufacturing defect or incorrect item is the reason in which case we will credit your postage).
If after receiving your order you decide you no longer want the goods, MDF Magic, at its discretion, may agree to refund the product cost, exchange the product or issue a credit provided the following conditions are met:
(i) MDF Magic is notified by email within 72 hours of delivery to inform us that you wish to return the goods.
(ii) Upon authorisation by MDF Magic, the goods must be returned in their original and unopened packaging with all costs and risks borne by the person returning the goods.
(iii) In the likely event that MDF Magic agrees to refund, exchange or credit the order, such refund, exchange or credit will be exclusive of the original P&H cost.
(iv) MDF Magic will process the refund, exchange or credit only after the safe return of the goods and our satisfaction that they are not damaged in any way. |
